This full 3DCG digital animation has story takes place in the far future after a pillar of huge fog appeared suddenly in the South Pole. This pillar, known as Jam, is actually a passage for an earth invasion. 
In order to oppose the threat, the United Nations established an earth defense mechanism. Fukai Zero is a hero registered to the main force of earth defense and the special 5th flight squadron. His reconnaissance plane, Yukikaze (windblown snow) is the best tactical reconnaissance plane. His job is to collect battle information return safely to the base with the information. But one day when he was about to finish his duty, an unidentified machine attacked him...

A coda to the OVA and novel of the same name, this six-chapter manga gives us a deeper glimpse into the back-stories of Rei Fukai, James Bukhar, Tomahawk John, and other members of the F.A.F. 
However, some of the details about the characters' pasts and relationships appear to deviate from the sequence of events as seen in the anime. 
Therefore, this manga should only be read after having first watched the anime or read the novel, and treated as an alternate story of sorts.

Rei goes to an anime convention and ends up in a world created by the desires of anime fans. Rei doesn't know how to get back and the world starts to collapse because the convention is coming to a close.
