The "spy action" series follows five girls in 19th century London, a city within the Albion Kingdom divided into east and west by a large wall. The girls serve as undercover spies enrolled as students at the prestigious Queen's Mayfair school. The girls make use of their individual abilities to remain active in the underground world of disguise, espionage, infiltration, and car chases.

The story is set in London at the end of the 19th century. A new task has been assigned to Team White Pigeon, a group of spies from the Commonwealth. It is a delivery of a used bookstore owner to the Commonwealth. Ange, Dorothy and Chise successfully recapture the owner, who had been held in a detention center by the Kingdom. Meanwhile, the "spy hunt" became more intense in the Kingdom following an assassination attempt on the queen, and tension is strained at Control in the Commonwealth. Control speculates that the spy who has dispatched to the royal family might be a "double agent." To find out the truth, they order Team White Pigeon to contact with the spy, whose codename is "Bishop." How their new mission will be accomplished? And who is "Bishop"?

Aoi Koga is a Japanese voice actress affiliated with 81 Produce.

Koga had an interest in anime since her childhood, watching series such as Cardcaptor Sakura and Ojamajo Doremi. She first became interested in voice acting after watching the television program Okaasan to Issho and becoming fond of the puppet segments featured in the show. This made her want to "become friends with dolls" and, along with her interest in anime, helped her decide to pursue a career in entertainment. In pursuit of becoming a voice actress, Koga would take acting lessons at a vocational school in Fukuoka. Following this, she enrolled in the training school of the agency 81 Produce, becoming affiliated with them upon her finishing her training.

While the funeral of the assassinated Prince Edward, who was the first in line to succeed the throne, is being held, the nobles of the Kingdom of Albion discuss topics such as whether the second-in-line Princess Mary or the third-in-line Duke of Arkham, Prince Richard, will succeed the throne, and how the Duke of Normandy will act.
 
The Duke of Arkham asks Princess if she will side with him or the Duke of Normandy.
