Charles Emmanuel de Barros Marcondes, more know only as Charles Emmanuel, is a Brazilian actor, voice actor, youtuber and streamer. He is also André Marcondes's cousin and Teresa Anquetin's grandson. He is known for his work in dubbing cartoons, movies and TV series.
