A young man who acts as a model in a fashion magazine. Thanks to his grandfather who loved action heroes, he grew up admiring heroes since he was young, and then he finally makes his debut as the new hero, "Samurai Flamenco," an idea his grandfather came up with. However, his inexperience when it comes to self-defense which often led him to either be cornered or beaten by thugs whom he is trying to apprehend, but later on, he slowly learns how to fight.

Hazama Masayoshi has decided to become the superhero Samurai Flamenco in spite of having no special abilities or modifications. Goto Hidenori is a police officer who learns his secret identity by chance, which causes him all sorts of trouble.<br><br>
This is the story of the birth of a true hero featuring these two young men with a touch of comedy and serious drama, while they come face to face with hardships as they search for the true meaning of becoming a hero of justice in this world!
